5k warmup with Assurant

Oh yeahhhh! Monday I had the honor of co-leading Assurant in the warmup for their annual 5k to raise money for United Way. My company Gan Eden Holistic Health facilitates wellness virtual lunch-and-learns and fitness classes for @Assurant every month so this was an amazing opportunity to meet many of my students in person! I was so impressed with their good spirit! The fit, handsome guy co-leading with me is my husband Johnny Rhodes who is one of my greatest fitness mentors💪🏼. This event was extra special because my brother Gabriel Alvarez was participating in the 5k along with my oustanding partners for all things wellness-related at Assurant the lovely Camille Graveran POPM and Debbie Platt! Hurray for companies like Assurant who promote fitness, philanthropy and local business in ONE BIG WIN for all! P.S. I’m 4 months pregnant with a boy!
